Responsibilities

The Businsess Analyst will be responsible for software development and/or integration. This position works closely with multiple business units to plan, design, and deliver integrated enterprise solutions leveraging 3rd party service providers. A qualified applicant should have experience implementing enterprise web-applications in a fast-paced detail oriented high-profile environment. Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to: · Build high-performance, scalable, robust web applications using leading edge tools, processes, and products. · Act as a project lead and software developer and deliver large-scale web applications utilizing web partner frameworks, primarily J2EE. · Provide technical expertise to the Development team. · Responsible for gathering client functional requirements and managing expectations. Writes the Use cases based on identified requirements. · Coordinates planning efforts with the Business, Quality Control, Project Management and Operations departments for project estimates and resource allocations. · Responsible for recording client signoff, while ensuring that code has been properly tested prior to Production release. · Provide recommendations for new project initiatives. · Deliver software development projects on time, established by project Director and clients. · On time deliver of software development. · Ability to deliver successful application releases, working with on-shore & offshore team members.~HJ~~CB~

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science · Minimum of 4 years development experience of web application development · Minimum of 5 years working experience with J2EE and JBOSS. · Minimum of 2 years experience developing and supporting Web applications, Web, and Windows Service Application built with .NET. · Minimum 2 years experience with multiple current web markup and/or scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Perl. · Minimum 4 years experience in web development tools and technologies, including HTML and DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, Spring, Struts. Eligibility Requirements: Desired · Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment; experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment a plus. · Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. · High motivation level and superior attention to detail. · Ability to finish projects on time with minimal supervision.
