• Installing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting pcs, laptops, printers and other peripherals; installing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting MS Office and other core applications.
  
• Utilizing SMS, HP WebJetadmin and BMC Service Desk Express for inventory, trouble shooting and call logging.
  
• Insuring compliance with software licensing; maintaining accurate inventory of technology assets.
  
• Help resolve end-user and technical problems quickly and effectively at Tier 2 level.

• Associates degree and three years experience in the IT field along with a minimum of two years in a support role or combination of education and experience.
  
• Knowledge of a PC application assessment, integration, testing, maintenance and compatibility in a professional services (preferably a large law firm) environment.
  
• Strong technology project management experience involving a diverse and dynamic group of technical and legal personnel.
