Minimum 12 months contract with high probability of extension. 

The incumbent provides analysis and business tools which support the business plan objectives. These tools include MS Access, MS Excel, or equivalent reporting systems. Performs other complex analytical studies and projects for the purpose of improving the performance of the department and the financial performance of the company.



Responsibilities
  • Develop automated management and operational reports for utilization by Executive team, Directors and Managers.
  • Active role in the development of automated tools designed to increase productivity.
  • Develop practical solutions that can be implemented and used to drive revenue and information improvement.
  • Proactive involvement in problem definition and alternative solutions development.
  • Perform monthly and ad hoc analyses according to customer and departmental specifications.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating queries, reporting, configuration tables and data quality/control.
  • Project completion includes: o Review work to ensure information is meaningful and accurate.
    • Explain or resolve large or unusual variances (independently or working with Manager and key personnel).
    • Make recommendations based upon detailed analysis to maximize profit, saving, or performance.
    • Document methodologies and caveats to the reported data.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in work processes and/or technical requirements of position in the Healthcare industry experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills required with emphasis in report and reporting solution design and implementation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to communicate at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must have advanced Access skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server preferred.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills
