- Must be a self-motivated and detail oriented individual.
- Skill in analyzing information, practices or systems to identify problems, identify patterns, trends and relationships, formulate logical and objective conclusions, recognize alternatives and their implications, and prepare reports.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Access required. Knowledge of SQL and VBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize and program complex queries utilizing query data base tools and reporting tools.
- Ability to participate in development of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reporting fulfillment needs.
- Working knowledge of professional medical billing (CPT, ICD-9, RBRVS, RVU, etc.) and capitation management terminology.
- Ability to work effectively within tight and competing timeframes, while managing multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently and as a team member on a variety of assignments with minimal direction and fluctuating workload.
- Effective communication and organization skills required. Regularly communicates with all levels of management and external clients.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all staff and customers.
- Ability to set and adjust priorities to meet recurring deadlines. Ability to adjust working hours and, if necessary, work overtime to meet the needs of the Office and reporting deadlines.
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience is required;
- 3-5 yrs of healthcare experience preferred.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
