Duties and responsibilities:

• Drive efforts to develop and implement a company-wide data warehousing and reporting platform.
  
• Design and write MS SQL applications to improve company data collection and performance measurement.
  
• Analyze departmental reporting needs and design database reports accordingly.
  
• Lead systems integration projects across all company departments, linking diverse data sources.
  
• Coordinate implementation of new software systems, modules and features.
  
• Provide end user training.
  
• Create and maintain end user documentation and procedures.
  
• Create and maintain IT Department documentation and procedures.
• Support and troubleshoot data-related issues specific to company business processes.
  
• Maintain, tune and optimize SQL servers and databases.
