• Will work directly with the user community to define system functionality that will support key business requirements. 
• Play key role in identifying, designing, and testing enhancements and modifications to Participations and Residuals (PARIS) application.
• Tasks will include requirements gathering, specification document creation, screen and table design, testing, user training, user documentation and enhancement planning collaboration with the users.
• Work closely with the director to ensure that the needs of the users are being satisfied in all of the above areas.
• Work with the director and team leads to establish and improve department policies and procedures.
• Work with director and team leads to establish level of effort and scope of requested projects for prioritization and budget planning.~HJ~~CB~

• Minimum 5 years business analysis experience.
• BS Degree in MIS, Information Technology; or business related degree is required.
• Business analysis experience in the entertainment industry.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL to build queries to verify test results and create ad hoc reports.
• Experience designing screens and other user interfaces via tools such as Visual Basic or Visual Studio .NET.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
